At Mufflex Car Care, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

🔄 Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

📋 Refund Approval Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.

💳 Refund Processing Timeframe

After your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 2–4 business days.

🏦 Refund Credit Timeframe

The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Note:

  • Refunds are only applicable for products that meet the return conditions.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of prepaid orders, partial refunds may be issued based on the returned items.
