    We offer two shipping options:

    • Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. You can view the applicable shipping cost at checkout.

  • Shipping Partners:
    We use trusted courier services including Bluedart, Delhivery, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping to ensure fast and safe delivery.

📦 Delivery:

  • Ensure Accurate Address:
    Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the house number, street name, city, and correct PIN code. Mufflex is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

🔁 Return Shipments:

  • If a return is approved, pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.

  • After pickup, the return shipment will typically take 4–5 business days to reach our facility.

  • Please ensure the product is properly packed and ready for pickup to avoid delays.

🌍 International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination.

  • Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
