Cancellations Policy

Mufflex Car Care – Cancellations Policy

At Mufflex Car Care, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellations policy below:


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

  • You may still be eligible to request a return under our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.


3. Prepaid Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.


4. COD Orders

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation must be done within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to a temporary suspension of COD service for your account.


5. Product Not Available

In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable or out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.
