🔁 Eligibility for Exchange / Replacement

You may request an exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product

• The product delivered is incorrect or missing

📋 Exchange / Replacement Approval Timeframe

Once we receive your request with the required details (order ID, photos/videos, unboxing proof), our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days regarding approval.

🚚 Product Delivery Timeframe

Once approved, the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
